Food & Beverage Manager

Job Title: Manager, Food & Beverage                                                Department: Food & Beverage

Reports to: General Manager     

 

Job Summary:

The F&B Manager will direct the Food & Beverage operation for a boutique hotel by working with the Food and Beverage team, which includes the Kitchen leadership. He/She will be responsible for driving revenues, managing productivity, creating excellent guest experiences and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation with the highest attention to detail. He/She will develop and direct the team and display a high degree of leadership, team building, communication and organizational skills and will have oversite of kitchen operations and productivity.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Food and Beverage management

Experience in a boutique hotel setting is preferred
