Corporate Training Manager

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, creating, implementing and delivering company branded training programs including Core Values, New Hire Orientation, Service Recovery and Empowerment etc.  This role will also work on developing on boarding templates, oversee hotel training calendars, and creating new content as requested by the hotels. This position is responsible for participating in opening task force and leading the training function for all openings.
