New York - High Line, NYC Front Desk Agent

      The Standard, High Line is currently seeking passionate, experienced, motivated individuals to join our stellar front desk team! Front Desk Agents are responsible for welcoming guests to the hotel and for handling guest check-ins, check-outs and process all payments according to established procedures. This is a fast paced job at a very busy hotel with diverse guests and employees.

      About you:

      Must be able to quickly and accurately respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, and in person.

      Must have superb communications skills; English is mandatory, other languages are a plus!

      Must have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, hotel experience is preferred but not required
      You are able to stand for full shifts, carry 50+ lbs when needed.

      You have great judgement, and can prioritize, organize, and follow direction with minimal oversight.

      You have a sixth sense for guest needs!

      You work cohesively as part of a larger team.

      Quickly and accurately book reservations.
