Here’s what it could look like:
8:00 am – 9:00 am – Clear your mind and increase your strength and flexibility with a revitalizing yoga session on the beach or pool deck.
9:30 am – 10:30 am – Bite into a hearty breakfast with a selection of healthy creations from our talented culinary team at Kula Restaurant.
11:00 am – Be present at this moment, it’s not everyday you get to lounge poolside by the Indian Ocean with a good book in hand.
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm – Let the good times roll. It’s time to hop on a bike and ride around the lush and unspoiled nature on our island.
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm – You’ve done enough moving for one day. Head to The Standard Spa for a detoxifying massage with our therapist OR a sound healing session with our wellness master.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm – While you are at it, drop by our Tonic Bar and sample one or two of our healthy potions.
5:00 pm – 6:30 pm – There’s no better way to end the day than on a Sunset Cruise with the possibility of seeing dolphins putting on a show.
