I have spent many a night at the Top of The Standard where I've been able to watch the sun come up. I'm not exactly brimming with pride about that, but c'est la vie! The only way I would have felt less guilty was if I could have seen the late-night service transition to a fabulous brunch. Now, I can proudly say that this might be possible! Only if my liver allows me to stay up all night again, but I digress.
On Sundays only, beginning at noon and continuing through 5pm, the Top of The Standard will be offering an exquisite brunch service created by our genius Chef Soa Davies. The menu abounds with fresh-baked pastries, "green eggs", scallop eggs benedict, roasted oysters, parmesan ravioli, bacon wrapped shrimp and foie gras french toast...just to name a few of the offerings. I don't even want to start with the drinks menu. Off the charts!
