Tasks & Duties - Inspire member engagement and participation by proactively sharing information on property amenities, services, programming and offers
- Connect and assist members to schedule appointments, participate in programming and select one on one services appropriate for their likes and needs.
- Support member satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries or concerns
- Partner with membership director to achieve sales targets and financial goals
- Connect with all department to support seamless member experiences
- Co-host the execution of Membership events, open house, mixers, organic networking, community connections and more
- Support the integrity and unique spa dynamic of the property by promptly addressing any behavior out of alignment
- Share contact records with membership director to ensure timely response to member requests and inquiries
- Suggest member features and activations in monthly planning sessions
- Help maintain current and accurate information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system.
- Supports membership director to maintain accurate list of active members with type of membership, membership status, expiration date and payment information.
- Complete contracts according to membership and property protocols
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest/member information and pertinent resort data
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS | - Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
- Reach 4 feet.
- Exert physical effort in transporting supplies (15 pounds) to areas within the spa and hotel environment.
- Work in variable weather conditions
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, up to an entire shift
