Membership Manager

Host and resource for members and prospective members, helping connect them to the property, amenities, lifestyle and offerings. Constantly engages with members in a way that supports their enjoyment of and commitment to our community.

Required Skills:


  • College graduate or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English both verbally and non‑verbally.
  • Fluency in a foreign language, preferably Spanish.
  • Experience in successful sales + sales management
  • Luxury club or resort experience preferred

Tasks & Duties

    • Inspire member engagement and participation by proactively sharing information on property amenities, services, programming and offers
    • Connect and assist members to schedule appointments, participate in programming and select one on one services appropriate for their likes and needs.
    • Support member satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries or concerns
    • Partner with membership director to achieve sales targets and financial goals
    • Connect with all department to support seamless member experiences
    • Co-host the execution of Membership events, open house, mixers, organic networking, community connections and more
    • Support the integrity and unique spa dynamic of the property by promptly addressing any behavior out of alignment
    • Share contact records with membership director to ensure timely response to member requests and inquiries
    • Suggest member features and activations in monthly planning sessions
    • Help maintain current and accurate information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system.
    • Supports membership director to maintain accurate list of active members with type of membership, membership status, expiration date and payment information.
    • Complete contracts according to membership and property protocols
    • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
    • Maintain confidentiality of guest/member information and pertinent resort data

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
  • Reach 4 feet.
  • Exert physical effort in transporting supplies (15 pounds) to areas within the spa and hotel environment.
  • Work in variable weather conditions
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, up to an entire shift
