F&B Manager

Seeking an individual who is passionate about food & beverage with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience to help lead our team.

What you will be doing

As F&B Manager you will be responsible for managing the floor of our operations which includes: Lido Bayside Grill, Cafe Standard, Monterrey Bar, In-room Dining, events and the pool. You will join our team of F&B Managers to maintain standards of service, assist in increasing sales and minimizing costs and increasing profitability in all F&B outlets. You will ensure our team has the right training, tools, and knowledge to succeed as we care of our many guests in our high-volume operations.

The ideal candidate for this position

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of supervisory experience, is knowledgeable of food & beverage operations, is a strong leader, has initiative, and a proven track record in guest and colleague engagement. Excels at communication, both verbal and writte. Is flexible and wiling to meet the demands of a high volume 365 day operation. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours) and able to work in variable weather conditions. Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
