Samuel Xun, Sanchia Tan, and Tiffany Loy have each built a studio practice around it — drawn to the endless possibilities of form, tension, and texture that fibres offer. In this first Margins Magazine Club gathering, the three artists join Nadya Wang to unpack their relationship with the medium: how they work with it, what it resists, and why it remains so endlessly compelling.
Through a showcase of their latest work, the conversation moves across material desire, spatial imagination, and the slow, deliberate craft that defines each of their practices.
