Can I bring my pup along?
Unfortunately Lila29 isn't designed to welcome your four-legged friend. Service dogs only.
Our ground floor restaurant Double Standard allows dogs on a leash on the outside terrace.

Are there bikes at the property?
Yes, we have a selection of electric bikes to explore the city like a true local. Our bikes work with "Pay Per Use" model.

- As a first time user you get a complimentary 2hrs ride

Can my dog stay too?
Yes! We love your four-legged friends. Pets up to 10kg are welcome, a maximum 2 per room. There’s a €30 pet fee per stay, and an additional €250 may apply for excessive cleaning if needed. Pets must be bagged or leashed at all times in public spaces.

You’ll find Bathtubs in our Junior Suites and Deluxe One Bedroom Suites. The rest? Sleek walk-in showers.

Can I book connecting rooms?
Yes! We've got 16 rooms with connecting doors and 18 that are side-by-side (adjoining). Let us know what you need — we’ll try to make it happen.

Nope. We’re a 100% smoke-free zone.

How do I book a bunch of rooms at once?
Got a group of 10 rooms or more? Drop us a line at brussels.events@standardhotels.com with your dates and details. We’ll take it from there.

Can I drop my bags off before check-in (or after check-out)?
Absolutely. Leave your luggage with us and hit the town hands-free.

Can I arrive early or leave a bit later?
We’ll do our best! Early check-ins and late check-outs depend on availability and might come with a small fee. Email us brussels.reservations@standardhotels.com and we’ll see what’s possible.

What time can I check in and when do I have to leave?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out’s at 12:00 PM. Sleep in? Just ask about a late check-out.

Is there an incidental hold or deposit?
Yes, we place a €100 per day hold on your card for any extras, up to €500 max. It’s just in case you go wild on room service or the minibar. Don’t worry, it gets released after check-out (timing depends on your bank).

There’s public parking nearby, managed by Interparking. Head to Antwerpsesteenweg 59, 1000 Brussels — just a 200m stroll from the hotel.
