Join us on Sunday evening for an intimate night of live music in The Library Lounge from Modes of Flight.

Bringing together acclaimed musicians from the heart of London’s thriving jazz and Indian classical music scenes, the group draws inspiration from the modal concepts of artists such as John Coltrane and Pharaoh Sanders, the synth work of Alice Coltrane, cross-over artists such as Zakir Hussain and Shakti, and from pioneers of Hindustani classical music such as Hariprasad Charusia and Bismillah Khan. 

Featuring keyboardist & composer Al MacSween, drummer Jake Long, tabla-player Gurdain Singh Rayatt and double-bassist Daniel Casimir, the group has arrived at a fresh new sound, with a mesmerising spirit and exhilarating energy.
