About Matthew Ryle
Chef Matthew Ryle has over fifteen years of experience in acclaimed global restaurants, including three Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. In 2020 he launched Maison François, one of London’s busiest, which has been awarded two AA Rosettes and a Michelin Plate. He followed that with Café François in 2024, and continues to push boundaries as Executive Chef Partner across the restaurant group.
