Facilities & Services

  1. Can you produce a photoshoot at our property?

    Commercial photoshoots require prior approval. Contact the marketing team for fees and a Location Agreement.

  2. How do I get to the hotel?

    We’re easy to find—and worth the trip.

    • From Changi Airport, it’s a quick 20–30 minute ride by taxi or ride share.
    • Prefer the train? Take the North-South Line to Orchard MRT—we’re about a 20-minute walk from there.
    • Or hop on SBS Bus 36 from the airport and get off at Delfi Orchard. From there, it’s a short 5-minute stroll.
    • Starting July 14, 2025, we run a complimentary shuttle service, The Pick-Up Line, with daily loops between the hotel, Shaw Centre (Orchard MRT), Botanic Gardens (Nassim Entrance), and Stevens MRT. Runs daily from 10:30AM to 8:05PM. View the full schedule and plan your ride—we’ll save you a seat.

  4. How far are the Botanic Gardens from the hotel?

    About 15 minutes walking or less than 10 minutes by car.

  5. What’s The Standard, Singapore’s pet policy?

    Our lush outdoor space, The Garden, is pet-friendly and welcomes dogs daily. Once a month, The Pup-Up Club takes over— with pet-forward experiences, surprise moments, and drinks starting from $13–15. Check out our Happenings page for more details. 

    Please note: Pets are only allowed in The Garden, within the designated pet-friendly zone. Our indoor spaces and guest rooms are not pet-friendly (yet!).

  6. Are there designated smoking areas?

    The Standard, Singapore is smoke-free but provides designated smoking areas.

  7. Is there a business center?

    No, but the Front Desk can assist with printing small documents.

  8. How about parking?

    Yes, please contact the front desk for availability and rates.

Check-in & Check-out

  1. Can you store luggage if you arrive before 3PM?

    The Standard, Singapore will store your luggage if early check-in is not available.

  2. Do we accept packages before arrival?

    Yes, as long as an active reservation matches the name on the package.

  3. What are the check-in & check-out times?

    Check-in is 3PM, check-out is 12PM. 

  4. Do we offer early check-in and late check-out?

    Subject to availability. 

Rooms

  1. How many people can stay in one room?

    Rooms can accommodate up to two adults, and suites can host more.

  2. Do we have connecting rooms?

    No, we do not.

  3. Do we have rooms with two beds?

    Yes, book early to secure a twin-bed room.

Dining & Restaurants

  1. Is Kaya at The Standard pet-friendly?

    Kaya at The Standard offers distinctive culinary experiences but doesn't currently accommodate pets.

  2. Does Kaya at The Standard offer vegan and vegetarian options?

    Yes, Kaya at The Standard has various vegan and vegetarian dishes.

  3. What time is breakfast until?

    Breakfast is served until 10.30AM daily.

  4. Does the restaurant offer any private dining spaces?

    Kaya doesn't have a private dining space but does do buyouts. For private events, contact our sales team and explore several of our spaces.

  5. How do I book a reservation at Kaya at The Standard?
