Kaya at The Standard's menu now has even more to love. You’re welcome.

Kaya is about precision and play, restraint and indulgence, dishes meant to be shared and quietly fought over.

Our new menu keeps that spirit on each plate. Your favorites aren’t going anywhere. Good Egg, Bad Egg still sets the tone. But now it’s joined by snow crab folded into rice, wagyu paired with deep-fried carbs, and a burrata dish you'll want to order twice.

These dishes are built for the table. For ordering one more dish than planned. For starting with small bites and somehow ending up with a nabe. Some plates are made to share. Others test your generosity.

Think snow crab nabe with ikura and uni crème. Charred wagyu with koji and crunch. Grilled tuna throat. Decadent desserts.
