  1. Can I send packages before I arrive?

    Sure thing, as long as you’ve got an active reservation under the same name.

  2. Can I store my luggage if I arrive before 3PM?

    Yes, we’ll hold your bags so you can hit the ground running. Early check-in is subject to availability.

  3. What are your check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in starts at 3PM, check-out is at 12PM. Want more time? Ask us about Standard Time.

  4. Do we offer early check-in or late check-out?

    Yes, when available. Or guarantee it with our Standard Time add-on.

Rooms

  1. Do we have connecting rooms?

    We do. Just let us know in advance.

  2. Can I book a room with two beds?

    Yes, we’ve got twin-bed rooms. Best to book early, they go fast.

  3. How many people can stay in one room?

    Most rooms sleep two adults comfortably. Suites? Even more room to play.

Dining & Restaurants

  1. What are the opening hours for Sereia and Esmé?

    Sereia and Esmé have varying hours. Check our website for details.

  2. Is Esmé dog-friendly?

    We love dogs, but Esmé isn’t able to accommodate them at this time.

  3. Does Esmé offer vegetarian options?

    Absolutely. Herbivores, you’re in good hands.

  4. What time is breakfast until?

    Breakfast is served until 11AM daily.  Come hungry.

Facilities & Services

  1. Is there a business center?

    Not officially, but our Front Desk can help with small print jobs.

  2. How about parking?

    Yes, we’ve got a parking area on-site.

  3. Are there designated smoking areas?

    The hotel is smoke-free, but we’ve carved out designated smoking zones.

  4. Can I do a photoshoot at the hotel?

    Commercial shoots need prior approval. Email our marketing team at UTPSP-SMB-Marketing@standardhotels.com for rates and a Location Agreement.

  5. How far is Noong Nuch Garden from the hotel?

    About 15 minutes by car, perfect for a quick adventure.
