About The Pasta Tarot: Oh madone! You've never seen a deck quite like this. The Pasta Tarot is a playful, accessible, and delicious new interpretation of tarot that combines pasta, pop culture, and Italian American tradition in a 78-card deck. First launched on Kickstarter, the deck is now published by Clarkson Potter with 12,000+ copies sold worldwide. The brainchild of a pasta aura-reading drag queen and a former teen witch, The Pasta Tarot was cooked up after the creators saw a hunky Italian on the beach and proclaimed "GNOCCHI!" It was then they realized pasta shapes carried meaning outside our bellies. Combining that insight with their knowledge of the traditional Tarot and queer Italian-American identity, they concocted a deck to spread joy, love, and provide insight into life's mysteries—served al dente.

This deck is for beginner and experienced readers alike. “Think of each card like a piece of lasagna—layered with texture, ingredients, and substance for your enjoyment and enlightenment,” Rob Truglia, Co-Creator. The Pasta Tarot was made with love and many hand gestures over the course of 2 years by Jeff Petriello, Rob Truglia and Lindsay Mound
