More on Bé Bếp: Bé Bếp celebrates the diversity of Vietnamese cuisine. Drawing from traditional cooking methods and family recipes, chef and founder Phoebe Tran creates dishes that aim to capture the flavors of her childhood and travels across Vietnam. Her distinct approach to Vietnamese food centers seasonality and community, and she carries this ethos through all of Bé Bếp’s popups and events. Phoebe’s training as a farmer, herbalist, and chef informs the ways in which her food honors the provenance, medicinal properties, and flavor of her ingredients.
AZN AMERICANA Tea Leaf Readings + Tattoos

Celebrate Lunar New Year at The Standard, East Village with AZN AMERICANA, an NYC-based nonprofit collective that brings Asian women and femmes together. Join us for group tea leaf readings to set the tone for the year of the snake, boozy tea cocktails, and get a tattoo from local Asian American femme artists (tattoos will be available on a first come first serve basis). Each guest will receive a complimentary boozy tea cocktail at the event (or a non-alcoholic beverage). Celebrate the year of the snake — a time for transformation, renewal, and growth — with community and connect with other local Asian women & femmes!
$35pp, includes complimentary boozy tea cocktail or non-alcoholic beverage and group tea leaf reading. The proceeds from ticket sales will go towards supporting AZN AMERICANA, a nonprofit (501c3) collective that hosts accessible workshops, events, and development programs for Asian women & femmes to grow and succeed on their own terms!
