This September, The Standard, East Village is opening our doors to New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2027, inviting hotel guests, neighbors, and fashion lovers to experience independent designers up close, discover new collections, and get a little closer to the energy of Fashion Week.

🏙️ THE PENTHOUSE EDIT

RAISEfashion and Refinery29 take over the 21st floor for The Penthouse Edit, presented by Afterpay.

Discover a special NYFW showroom featuring a curated lineup of independent designers from around the world. Explore collections from ALMASIKA, CAMPILLO, DIARRABLU, ESENSHEL, Gwen Beloti, K.NGSLEY, LEBLANCSTUDIOS, McKenzie Liautaud, OLEADA, Vontélle, YESAET, and ZUT, plus select designers from Victoria’s Secret’s Runway to Revenue program.

Come shop the collections, meet the founders behind the brands, discover new names, and take in the city skyline while connecting with the RAISEfashion community.

🌀 NIA THOMAS MEETS CUNA NYC

Step into Cuna's private dining room for a special NYFW showcase from Nia Thomas, the New York-born, Mexico City-based designer known for her expressive, handcrafted knitwear and crochet pieces. Inspired by travel, movement, and the vibrant creative communities around her, Thomas creates colorful, textural designs that bring a playful take to resort dressing. 

Discover pieces from the collection up close and shop a selection of Nia Thomas designs during your visit. It's a chance to experience the designer's Mexico City world right here in the East Village - and take a pieces of it home with you.
