The Art of the Tea Ceremony with KinKa

Hosted by EunYoung Sebazco, cofounder and owner of KinKa, The Art of the Tea Ceremony (Chanoyu) invites guests into a traditional Japanese matcha tea experience set in Cuna's private dining room, softly lit by spring daylight.

Inspired by ichi-go ichi-e—the philosophy of treasuring each encounter as a once-in-a-lifetime moment—this gathering is a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect with your senses, and be fully present.

Guests will observe a live demonstration of chanoyu, the choreographed art of preparing tea, where every movement is intentional and deeply rooted in seasonal awareness.

The experience then transitions into a curated tasting: each guest is served a bowl of matcha alongside a seasonal wagashi sweet. A quiet moment to reflect, savor, and appreciate the harmony of the “one time, one meeting” philosophy, one sip at a time.
