H2-OM: Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is focused on bringing balance physically, energetically, and mentally. This sequence is full of hip-openers and spinal twists to help you balance energy and nourish your qi. If your energy is stagnant (you feel stressed, irritable, and your body feels tense achy or painful), this sequence will help you to relax so that universal energy flows more freely. If you are low energy, (a weak voice, tendency to easily catch colds, and experience poor digestion), this sequence will help you to rebuild. A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses, typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing the deeper layers.
