Join Amanda White for a unique experience combining Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. The combination will start with an energetic vinyasa flow with upbeat music. You can expect to warm the body from the inside out using pranayama and intelligent sequencing. From there we will gradually wind down into blissful, long holds to access muscle fascia specifically targeting the hips and shoulders. The combination of these two ancient yoga traditions will leave the body relaxed, the mind at peace, and the soul reinvigorated!
