Reiki is a hand-mediated, heart-based healing modality that helps to balance and restore a person’s own life-force energy to an optimum level. Reiki balances the flow of energy in and around the body, and is used for stress reduction, relaxation, and promotion of healing. Join Reiki Master & teacher Kim Sellers for a weekend Reiki Healing retreat and certification.

Reiki Certification: Level 1
Saturday January 9, 9 – 4P with Kim Sellers
Level 1 lays the groundwork - background on the tradition, beginning to sense energy, meditations to assist movement into a sensory consciousness, learning about your Reiki guides, the first attunement to the power symbol, learning the basic hand positions, practice with a partner.

Reiki Certification: Level 2
Sunday January 10, 9 – 4P with Kim Sellers
Reiki Level 2 builds on knowledge of the first 3 symbols, additional meditations and techniques, the second attunement now to 3 symbols, sending Reiki long-distance, self-treatment, proxy healing, and practicing with a partner using the new symbols and techniques. One needs to have taken Level 1 to take Level 2.
