Hey Members,

Just a friendly reminder to please read through the below policies regarding your Membership.

30 Day Cancellation Policy: All Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Membership Director with a brief explanation as to why you are cancelling. It is a 30 day written notice requirement, and at the time the Member is requesting cancellation, the Member will be billed for their last month of Membership up front.

Billing: Membership dues will be billed on the first of every month, a $25 late fee will be applied if that charge does not post within 3 days of billing date.

Valet: All Members receive a discounted valet rate of $5 for the first FOUR hours and then $5 for each additional hour Monday – Thursday.  $10 for the first FOUR hours and then $5 for each additional hour Friday – Sunday. Membership card must be presented to receive special valet rate.

Membership Cards: Members of The Standard Spa are required to keep their membership cards with them at all times. Members will be charged $20 for replacement cards. Membership card MUST be shown to receive discounted rate on valet, food & beverage, spa & boutique. Upon cancelation, you will be required to return your card within 3 days or a $200 fee will be assessed for non-returned.

Freeze Policy: Members can freeze their Membership from 1-3 consecutive months, one time per calendar year, and for a minimum of one month. Requests must be in writing to Membership Director.

Spa and Pool Hours: Sunday – Thursday 8am – 10pm; Friday – Saturday 8am – 12am

Gym Hours: Sunday – Thursday 5:30am – 10pm; Friday – Saturday 5:30am – 12am

Guest Policy: Guest passes can't be used Friday- Sunday. Discount available on Day Pass when accompanied by member ONLY.
