Begin and end each day with a group movement and wellness class to synchronize yourself with the shared intention of the retreat experience. Each day we have selected a uniquely nurturing personalized experience to support your inward journey…One-on-One Meditation, Celestial & Acupuncture Alignment and Soul Temple. End each day with meditative hydrotherapy to bring the day to a beautiful close and set the stage for blissful sleep.
