Inspired by stage performance, the program channels the same techniques Winhoffer created to train world famous pop culture icons for rigorous concert tours. Accessing the meridians used in acupuncture, the practice focuses on the three major problem areas of the body: behind the arms, the waist, and the buttocks. Each class is entirely new, performed to the beat of a curated playlist, and advocates a lean, toned and flexible body coupled by strength, endurance and agility.
