H2-OM: New Year Full Spectrum Reset with Maria Paula & Nicole Patxot

An evening to balance and aligning yourself inside and out with a yin/yang flow and a sound bowl relaxation. Maintaining the spirit of new beginnings and the New Year, out with the old and in with the new! We will explore deep release and synchronization of body, mind and soul. In this workshop we will combine a Yang detox-focused flow that will unlock our vibrational potential with deep stretches and holds in Yin postures. We will use breath centered meditations that will help us stay balanced throughout our evening practice and finish with a sound bowl shavasana for deep relaxation and full spectrum reset. $40 includes indoor baths I $150 includes Spa Day Pass
