Vinyasa Krama means “step by step progression”, also known as the methodology of sequencing yoga classes. In this workshop we will learn to craft intelligent sequences in order to systematically open the body and weave themes into yoga classes through language, imagery, and creativity. Come learn the art of creating intelligent yoga sequencing for everybody. *This class counts as continuing education for yoga teachers. $75 includes indoor baths I $125 includes Spa Day Pass
