Daily\Nightly Daiquiri Café
We're teaming up with Ali Alvarez and Christopher Delvin, founders of Palabar, for a three-night only daiquiri pop-up at the Juice Café featuring the yummiest local fruit flavors.
Ali and Chris started hosting dinners in their home earlier this year under the name D A I L Y \ N I G H T L Y (@dailynightlymia). The 25-seat, chef-driven dinners are called Palabar(s), a nod to both cuban paladar(es), and the duo thoughtfully stocks the small bar for each meal. Fresh juices, homemade syrups, and healthy pours all work to complement the regional flavors of the family style dishes passed from the kitchen. Pineapple Daiquiri: Pineapple, Lime, Simple, Rum
La Finca: Passion Mango Jam (from Gables Delight), Dragon Fruit, Pineapple, Lime, Rum. La Finca features homemade jam from Gables Delight and house syrups made with local fruit from the farmer’s market.
Hemingway in Tallahassee: Florida Pomelo, Lime, Maraschino, Simple, Rum. The Hemingway In Tallahassee, a slight variation on the author's classic, uses Florida pomelo where grapefruit is usually found.
Daily/Nightly Daq: D/N Falernum, D/N Orgeat, Lime, Orange, Rum. The Daily/Nightly Daq combines classic specs with our own Falernum and orgeat.
