Please join Hay House Author Jennifer Grace for this 8-week course designed for people who are seeking direction and to take action in their lives. The CAJourney blends positive psychology with accountability coaching. The CAJourney has been designed to uncover what is blocking and stopping you, and assist you in unleashing your greatness. The CAJourney is broken up into 8 weeks. The first 4 weeks is The Internal Shift. Where you are expertly guided to uncover your fears, blocks, and barriers to understand what has been getting in the way of you realizing your dream and vision. The second 4 weeks is The External Shift. You will hit the ground running leaving behind self-doubt and procrastination so that you can catapult yourself into the realization of your dream and vision.
