Join us on Thursday, February 20, 7P for an evening to explore both the individual and shared levels of self. The night will begin with movement, breath and discussion to hold space for all that is uncovered in through these raw, sensation provoking practices. We will continue the journey with a meditative cold exposure practice and finally, come together for an intentional celebration by the fire. Marcela and Jacquie draw from their personal and shared practices to bring you this euphoric evening.
