Palma x The Standard Present: Not Your Standard Supper
A chef, a sommelier, and a creative director walk into The Standard with the idea of using the most iconic deck in Miami to make a culinary experience completely out of the ordinary. Shortly after that "Not Your Standard Supper" was born.
Taking the lead in the kitchen, we introduce Chef Juan Camilo Liscano, founder of Palma. After working at Michelin-starred and “World’s 50 Best” restaurants across the U.S. and Europe, he returns to his Miami roots, creating a space where dining excites and inspires, blending his Hispanic heritage with techniques from his global culinary journey. Nada Wine, known for its unique approach to vanguard wineries in traditional regions, will select the pairings for the evening with Marco Adamo on pouring duties. The setting will be staged by Foreplay, the creative engine behind local gems such as Bocadoro, Café du Bey and Odd Pleasures.
Join us on October 22nd at Belle Bar for a one-of-a-kind gathering, where dishes from Palma, sips from Nada Wine, and Foreplay creations will merge for the first time to create one of those dinners that will keep you on your toes.
