Yoga is an enquiry into the nature of movement and stillness. When movements are elegant, balanced and harmonious, stillness is revealed as well as our natural state that is spontaneous and free. Every asana is then an expression of our divine nature, whether in class or in life, but when something is not tangible or obviously felt, seen, how well can you Trust in the Bigger, in the invisible? Trust comes with experience. In this workshop, we will use breath, sound and imagination to open body & mind to dimensions of aliveness and flow.
