In this workshop, we will engage in emotional awareness exercises and mindfulness practices that promote self-discovery. You will learn to recognize the emotional triggers that shape your experiences, enabling you to respond rather than react in challenging situations. As we invite this theme into our exploration of emotional intelligence, we will discuss how psychedelic experiences can bring unconscious content and emotional triggers to the surface. Understanding these emotional landscapes can be an essential part of preparing for and integrating psychedelic journeys.
