Guarantee Policy

We will contact you with secure payment link to pay advance deposit for all major credit cards within 48 hours of making the reservation. Deposit is due within 7 days of receiving link of your reservation will be canceled. 

Cancel Policy

Cancel by 3PM local hotel time zone (GMT+5) at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to the 100 PCT of full stay.
