POSTPONED Late Night Lives: Kwame Yeboah

Please note this event has been postponed for a later date which is to be confirmed.

Late Night Lives is a new Friday night session exploring the global left-field sounds unfolding within London's scenes and beyond. Showcasing refreshing subcultural movements, we are collaborating with live artists, bands & collectives to create a series that embodies the celebratory spirit of The Standard, London.

For this 'Late Night Lives' we're joined by Ghana-born, UK-raised multi-instrumentalist Kwame Yeboah who will be playing live.

About Kwame:
Kwame Yeboah is a Ghanaian keyboard player, guitarist, producer and recording engineer. He has toured and recorded with Stevie Wonder, UK soul singer Omar, Osibisa and Ken Boothe. He is currently the main touring and recording guitarist for Craig David and musical director for Cat Stevens. He is also the leader of Pat Thomas’ Kwashibu Area Band.

Kwame’s newest musical project comprises a line-up of handpicked young talented musicians based around London. The sound of this new band takes inspiration from the early works of jazz pianists like Herbie Hancock, George Duke and Weldon Irvine.
