Soba Pop-Up w/ Sonoko SakaiOn March 20th the world-renowed Japanese cullinary expert Sonoko Sakai takes over our restaurant for a Slurp Soba pop-up, starting at 6:00 pm. Sonoko has recently been featured in SAVEUR Magazine where she discusses her ancient artful technique of making the perfect buckwheat noodles. Our very own Standard Culture also picked up some tips from Sonoko on how to make the best home-made Soba.
