Alissa Wagner is the chef and co-founder of Dimes. She believes in celebrating the inherent beauty of food, creating dishes that are approachable and nourishing and imbued with a sense of surprise and whimsy. Alissa has a BFA from SUNY Purchase and studied cooking at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City.
