Your Role
Be the one who sets the tone from the very first hello. As Guest Services & Reservations Supervisor, you’ll lead by example—overseeing day-to-day reservations activity while stepping in as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction feels personal, seamless and just the right side of special.
From handling enquiries across multiple channels to supporting busy moments, you’ll keep things running smoothly while making sure no detail is missed.
You’ll coach and motivate a team of Guest Services & Reservations agents, helping them grow their confidence, sharpen their service and deliver standout guest experiences every time. Alongside your people leadership, you’ll bring a sharp eye for detail and a commercial mindset—spotting opportunities to convert, upsell and maximise revenue, while keeping systems, inventory and processes in check. Fast-paced, guest-focused and full of personality, this role is perfect for someone ready to step up and make an impact.

Prior experience as a Reservations Supervisor is essential for this role.
In addition to this you will also need….
- To be a confident people leader with a passion for coaching, motivating and developing team members
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service with personality, professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Commercial awareness, with a track record of driving conversions, upselling and supporting revenue goals
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable building relationships across teams and with external partners
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Experience using Opera Cloud, SevenRooms, OpenTable or property management systems (PMS)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead from the front during busy periods
- Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
