Friends With Taste
| A day party with our friends, for our friends. Musclecars, Sarnies, and Tanqueray join us for a one-day takeover at The Parlor. A perfect mix of beats, bites, and a drink (or two). November 8 | 11AM - 4PM Free Entry About Musclecars (NY) Straight out of New York, Musclecars is the DJ-producer duo of Brandon Weems and Craig Handfield. Their sound pays homage to the roots of house, soul, and jazz—infused with deep emotion and cinematic flair. What started as a mission to bring people together through music has grown into a global movement, earning nods from Rolling Stone, Billboard, DJ Mag, and Mixmag. In 2018, they launched Coloring Lessons—a genre-bending party and label celebrating the city’s Black and Brown dance music legacy. Part education, part liberation, and always full of heart, the project bridges generations and keeps New York’s underground spirit alive for a new era of listeners and dancers. About Sarnies From a 150-year-old boat repair shop to one of Bangkok’s favourite coffee haunts, Sarnies has mastered the art of good taste. Born in Singapore and reborn in Bangkok, the all-day café blends Aussie café culture with local Thai ingredients, turning familiar classics into something entirely its own. They roast their beans weekly, source fresh and local, and serve everything with the kind of ease that makes you want to linger. Whether it’s breakfast, dinner, or that third cup of coffee you didn’t plan on, Sarnies is always the right call. About Chef Luqman Hakim Hamzah As Group Head Chef of Sarnies Group, Luqman Hakim Hamzah leads with curiosity and creativity. His approach to food blurs boundaries between kitchen and bar—most notably at F*nkytown, Sarnies’ cocktail-driven concept in Bangkok. With menus that move in rhythm with the drinks, Luqman’s food captures the same bold, playful energy that defines Sarnies itself. About Tanqueray Since the 1830s, Tanqueray has been mixing things up—literally. Created by Charles Tanqueray, the gin remains a benchmark of craftsmanship, blending ingenuity with timeless British style. Crisp, dry, and unmistakably juniper-forward, it’s the gin that set the standard for martinis and G&Ts alike. |
