Mott 32, the award-winning Chinese restaurant located at The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon, is celebrating a decade of gastronomic artistry with a limited-time anniversary menu available now until the end of June. Paying tribute to the remarkable legacy of the flagship venue, founded in Hong Kong ten years ago, the a la carte selection is a love letter from Hong Kong.
As the Mott 32 group continues to expand, with new locations set to open across North America, the Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia, the anniversary celebration offers an opportunity to reflect on the journey so far, marking the occasion with a heartfelt tribute to the founders’ vision.
Highlights of the special menu at Mott 32 Bangkok include Crispy Seafood Dumpling with Salmon Roe; Steamed Giant Coral Garoupa with Pickled Ginger and Leek; Crispy Fresh Yellow Chicken with Black Truffle; Steamed Lobster and Minced Pork served with Egg and Premium Soy, and Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib with Tangerine Peel – each dish celebrating the distinct flavors that have defined Mott 32. A standout addition, the Tea-Smoked Duck with Szechuan Peppercorns and Dried Chilli, offers a contemporary twist on the traditional Peking Duck, reflecting the restaurant’s commitment to innovation and artistry.

A decade of Mott 32’s special menu is available from now until 30th June 2025 and the restaurant is located on the 2nd floor at The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon.
