About Chef Willy
Guillermo ‘Willy’ Trullàs Moreno is the chef and creative force behind el Willy, a trailblazing name in the Asian dining scene. Born in Barcelona and trained in some of the world’s top kitchens—including 3-star Michelin Georges Blanc and Aquavit New York—Willy took his passion for playful, flavor-packed cuisine to Shanghai in 2008, where he opened his first restaurant. Since then, his "Sexy Tapas" concept has expanded across Asia, blending Spanish tradition with a signature sense of fun.
