    Late check- out and early check-in are not guaranteed and based on hotel availability. If you are interested in getting the party started early check out our Standard Time package.

    The Standard, High Line offers special rates for our corporate partners. Contact to find out if your company is currently included in our partner list or to sign up as a Corporate Partner.

  8. Can I produce a photoshoot at your property?

    If you are looking for a Commercial photoshoots (film & still) at The Standard, High Line, please be aware that they are not permitted anywhere in & around the property without approval via email from Marketing. If approved, all fees will be included in a Location Agreement which must be signed and returned with a COI. Please contact with any inquiries.

  10. Does the hotel charge a facility fee?

    The Standard, High Line charges a facility fee of $35.00 + tax per night which guarantees access to the gym, wifi and daily bottled water.

    Check-in is at 3:00pm, and check out is at 12:00pm. If you're looking for an early check-in or later check-out, take a look our Standard Time package.

    The Standard, High Line partners with Icon Parking Garage located at 111 Eighth Avenue. The entrance is located at 385 W 15th St or 386 W 16th St (between 8th & 9th Ave). $55 + tax is the rate per 24 hour stay. Please note this is a self parking garage and tickets are too validated at the front desk of the hotel with no in and out privileges.

    Rooms at The Standard, High Line can occupy up to two adults with the exception of suites.

    The Standard, High Line will store your luggage if early check-in is not available.

    We take a one night stay deposit prior to arrival at The Standard, High Line. There is an incidental hold of $200 per night up to $500 maximum for stay longer than 2 nights.
