Drink, Disco, Repeat: The Partridge Playlist

Last week, Partridge—our retro seasonal pop-up—made its tinsel-studded debut at The Standard, East Village.
To get you in the festive feels, we’ve paired our Partridge cocktails with tracks from our dinner party playlist. 70s disco and funk tunes mirror the menu of retro twists, with a few carol favorites layered in. Cue up the sounds of the season with a little inspo below.

To get in on the holiday cheer in-person, RSVP “yes” here for tables through New Year’s Eve, or email sev.sales@standardhotels.com for private event availability. Plus, don’t miss live disco carols on select Sundays

Sloe-groni

Bombay Sapphire, Sloe Berry, Campari, Black Cherry Vermouth

Pair it With: “In Love In Love In Love” by Curtis Mayfield

The Negroni is classic and effortlessly chic—just like Curtis. The elegant, gentle melody of Curtis's voice is the perfect complement to this rich drink. Sit back, get cozy, and sip away as the music transports you.

Snowball Colada

Hennessy, Spiced Rum, Eggnog, Coffee Liqueur, Coconut, Nutmeg

Pair It With: “It’s Ecstasy When You Lay Down Next to Me” by Barry White

The Snowball Colada is all about decadence. The eggnog and nutmeg set a “get under the blanket” kind of vibe. Combined with the intimate mood of the song and the warmth of Barry’s groove, the Snowball Colada concoction promises to fill you with ecstasy.

Yule Mule

Vodka, Pomegranate, Fresh Ginger, Lime

Pair It With: “Everybody Dance” by Chic

Yule Mule is light and fun—you know you’re going to want more than one. Allow the ginger and the vocals to take over, and get ready to get the party going.

Stovetop Cider

Cloudy Apple Cider, Winter Spices, Citrus

Pair It With: “Let’s Stay Together” by Al Green

It’s chilly out there—warm up with Al Green’s cozy anthem, and a classic hot cider. Light up the fire and let the spices and cider do the rest.
