The name of the restaurant “Mott 32” pays homage to 32 Mott Street in New York, where the city’s first Chinese convenience store opened in 1851. The store served as the nucleus for what is now a vibrant China- town in one of the most dynamic cities in the world.
The provenance of the ingredients is of paramount importance as we embrace unique flavors discovered globally. The chefs utilize the latest in modern and innovative cooking techniques from around the world to create our dishes, which are principally Cantonese with further influences from Beijing and Szechuan.
Our food aims to highlight the best of time-honored recipes passed down from generation to generation. It is this level of modernity, combined with a respect for tradition that makes Mott 32 so unique.
The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon will bring Mott32’s signature, DimSums, Apple-WoodRoasted Peking Duck, and Barbecue Honey Glazed Iberico Pork to Bangkok for the first time.
Our Signature Apple Wood Roasted Peking Duck, Barbeque Pluma Iberico Pork and Crispy Roasted Pork Belly are available in limited quantities each day, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
One duck is recommended for around 3-4 guests. The duck will be roasted upon your arrival and the cooking time is approximately 60 minutes.
We recommend pre-ordering the above items as soon as possible after making your reservation, and in any case no later than 24 hours in advance. Late requests may not be accepted.
