Paris Photo Jumps the Pond

It really is a Euro invasion in Los Angeles right now. In addition to Brit Week, the Le Fooding food festival, and now, for the first time ever, Paris Photo has ventured beyond the Grand Palais, all the way to the Paramount Studio backlot. The world's most prestigious contemporary and historical photo fair takes place this weekend with thousands of gorgeous and compelling photographs, book signings, and some interesting looking talks. Here are some highlights:

Saturday April 27th
Gregory Crewdson and Matthew Weiner (creator of Mad Men)

Artist Catherine Opie and MacArthur fellow An-My Lê

Sunday April 28th
Alec Soth and Roe Ethridge

Sharon Lockhart and Phil Collins

Talks are in the Sherry Lansing Theater in Paramount Studios. Seating is first-come, first-serve.
