The Standard Grill Sparks a Bold New Era

Last night, our best pals from the downtown set joined us at The Standard Grill at The Standard, High Line for an all-out bash celebrating the reimagined menu by our new Executive Chef, Paul Hargrove. DJ Shane Moloney dropped beats while guests clicked their heels on the penny-tiled floor, setting off a bold new era at The Grill. 

Milling among the banquettes were Vincenzo Dimino, Chloe Wise, Kathryn Gallagher, Camilla Stærk, Igee Okafor, Patrick Janelle, Alioune Badara Fall, Marie Candace, Hunter Abrams, Jonas Halvorsen, Vincenzo Dimino, Marc Bouwer, Key Harris, Jordan Daniels, Melinda Berry, Ana Prodanovich, Ian Michael Crumm,  and Delanique Millwood—to name a few! We hobnobbed and dished into the early hours...see some pics below. 

Chef Hargrove brings his experience in Michelin-starred restaurants (most recently Blue Hill at Stone Barns) to the table with a penchant for thoughtfully prepared dishes utilizing simple and fresh ingredients. Last night, guests tucked into steak tartare with creole remoulade, snow crab claws, mini truffle twice baked potatoes, snapper crudo with fermented chili and citrus, and the famous Standard Burger. It wouldn't be a Standard party if cocktails didn't flow, and the new drink menu was front and center.
