An Evening With Siete Foods & Chef Rick Martinez

Cuna Bar & Lounge recently welcomed friends of Siete Foods for an intimate evening celebrating the launch of their new Gluten Free Sourdough Style and Maíz Organic Yellow Corn Tortillas, co-hosted by Chef Rick Martinez.

The night opened with passed canapés and specialty cocktails flowing through the space (shoutout to the Roasted Pineapple Chile Sour and the Garden Cooler). As the evening unfolded, a special tasting menu featuring recipes by Chef Rick Martinez brought to life by Chef Calderón showcased warm sourdough tortilla service with with cultured butters and requesón, black bean, & queso Oaxaca tetela, butterflied snapper Tikin Zic-style, and more.

Framed by candlelight, natural textures, and the warm energy that defines the space, the dinner brought together bold flavors, thoughtful hospitality, and a menu designed to linger in memory long after the final course.
