Four Cheers for Four Years

This Sunday, The Standard, London celebrated its Fourth Birthday with close friends and family of the hotel including Bimini Bon Boulash, Grace Carter and Mae Muller in attendance.

An evening of drinks, live music and lively entertainment, the ground floor of the capital’s most happening hotel was transformed into a Summer Fair, with vibrant activity across Isla, Double Standard, The Library Lounge and the outside gardens. Including Magic by Billy Menezes, Tarot Reading by Manuka Honey, Body Painting by Annie Frost Nicholson, Face Painting by Tom Easto, Portraits by Wilfrid Wood and a film kissing booth.

With musical entertainment by Orii Community (Live), muva of Earth (Live), Errol & Alex Rita (Touching Bass), Martelo, Donna Leake, Hasani, Qendresa, Ri Mistry, Chris Tindall, and Wavefield to keep the vibes going, guests enjoyed grilled corn on the cob, burgers, hot dogs, fries and a special birthday cake from The Proof, accompanied by Casamigos Casa Mint Lemonades, Palomas, Tommy’s Margaritas and Ciroc Spicy Mules and Cosmos, plus draft beer from Two Tribes.  

Celebrating four incredible years of energy, fun and unrelenting un-standard-ness, the night marked the special milestone for the iconic hotel, maintaining its status and undisputed legacy in the city.
