GAY TIMES x Apple Music party on The Rooftop at The Standard, London

GAY TIMES and Apple Music went out-OUT with a ‘George Michael Covered’ party on The Rooftop at The Standard, London

George Michael classics, colourful dancers and rooftop views in celebration of Pride and LGBTQI+ creativity.

This week, Apple Music and GAY TIMES came together on The Rooftop at The Standard, London for an iconic pride party to celebrate the release of the ‘George Michael Covered’ playlist.

The playlist features the freshest reimaginings of George Michael classics by notable LGBTQI+ artists of the moment. Billy Porter, Years & Years, MNEK, Jake Shears, Pale Waves, Calum Scott and Tiana Major9 pay tribute, to name a few.

Layton Williams, Max Harwood, Harriet Rose, Poppy Ajudha and Drag Race UK star Ella Vaday dined-out at our 10th floor Mexican-Spanish restaurant Decimo, sipping on the specially selected Cîroc Mule and the Cîroc Collins cocktails infused with citrus flavours and ginger beer.

The festivities then moved onto The Rooftop, where the Apple Music playlist played throughout the evening and kept guests such as Kitty Scott-Claus and Charity Kase dancing all night long.

Decimiño canapés including tacos, vegan hotdogs, smoked almonds, and olives were in circulation with Nimmo and Absolut taking over the decks, keeping the vibes alive with a special performance from the dancers of Sue Veneers Club
