A little noughties nostalgia goes a long way.
Eighteen floors above NYC in BOOM, we teamed up with Diesel and Tinder to host a crowd of creatives, friends and downtown faces to celebrate Pride. This year's party at The Standard, High Line didn't disappoint — with a mix of looks, right-swipes and noughties nostalgia in the air.
JoJo, Christopher John Rogers, Aquaria, Lexi Wood, Rickey Thompson, Layton Williams, Naomi Smalls, Kim Chi, Aweng Ade Chuol, CT Hedden, Miles Greenberg, Chi Ossé, Clara Perlmutter, and more of our pals kept the top floor buzzing well into the night. Drinks flowed, IG handles were exchanged and anthems blasted from window to window.
ohh
Just when our guests thought the night had peaked, JoJo took the mic for surprise performances of "Leave (Get Out)" and "Too Little Too Late." Within seconds, the room became a full-volume singalong. Call it nostalgia, call it collective memory—either way, everyone knew the words.
