Suckling Pig Experience at Decimo

From the Yucatán Peninsula to El Bajío, suckling pig (aka el cochinillo asado) has long been at the heart of Mexico's culinary traditions - at gatherings, celebrations and long mealtimes spent around the table. It's a dish that invites sharing, encourages conversation and turns any meal into an occasion.

At Decimo, we're bringing that tradition to the London skyline with a feast designed to be enjoyed together. Slow-roasted suckling pig takes centre stage, served with warm tortillas, smoky morita chilli salsa, fresh tomatillo and green chilli salsa, and pickled onions with habanero. Fresh coriander, onion and lime wedges complete the spread, letting everyone build their perfect bite and experience the joy of communal dining.
